About

Hi, I’m Edouard.

I like to eat

I discovered the world of coliving in 2020 while I was starting a more nomadic life and setting up an online business (I know, it looks like the beginning of a scam, but I swear it’s not!).

When I started this nomadic journey, I found it super hard to encounter good accommodation with a proper work and internet setup. Also, this life can be lonely! It’s hard to make new solid connections, especially when people move around so much.

In late 2020, after randomly bumping into the concept of coliving, I joined Anceu Coliving (in Spain, Galicia) for 2 months and a half. What an experience! It seemed to me like the perfect solution to my newly found problems. It changed the way I wanted to travel. And more importantly, after just a few weeks there, I felt like I found a new family.

In the following years, I continued to work and travel, going to more colivings, including Chateau Coliving, Alpiness, Alt Chiang Mai, Froomies, and of course, I went back quite a few times to Anceu. I quickly discovered that I liked to “slow travel”. Staying in a place for a longer time (and also coming back to it) felt much more meaningful than discovering new places every week.

One thing that struck me: whenever I go to a coliving, life becomes so much more interesting and if I stay long enough (usually a month or two minimum), I always end up making new meaningful friendships that I feel will last a long time.

This leads me to the idea of creating my own coliving. Back in 2020, it was more in the lines of “maybe one day I’ll open my own”. After a long process, in 2025, somehow this idea turned into “yeah let’s do this”. I felt inspired by the other colivings I’ve been to, and wanted to create my space with my own style and values.

Two weeks later, I found a property in Aulus-les-Bains in France (some might say I’m a lucky bast*rd, or, in a more appropriate way, all the stars seemed to align at the right time), and I moved here at the beginning of 2026, with the goal to open in the summer.

My vision for this coliving: to live surrounded by amazing people in the mountains, in the best possible setup to work, play, and make connections, with a healthy and active lifestyle. And to make people feel at home, become friends, and come back.

Now, the coliving is opening, and I can’t wait to share this experience with you. See you in Aulus!
