Book your stay at Aulus Coliving
Bookings for 2027 are open! We close the coliving during November-December 2026 and will reopen January 4th 2027. Don’t miss your spot!
(You can also still book for 2026, until the end of October.)
Minimum stay
We’d like you to stay at least one month, to keep a good balance for everybody and make sure things don’t become too hectic all the time. However, for now we also accept 2+ weeks bookings if you can’t commit to a full month yet (additional charge per night in this case). We also prefer to have people who are currently working on something (project, job, whatever) and not just seeking a holiday rental.
Pricing for 2027
You can choose between 3 room types:
Double room with ensuite bathroom
Premium room with ensuite bathroom (50% more space in the room, a better view, and a bathtub)
Bed in a shared room (2 beds, private bathroom shared only with the other coliver)

We apply greater discounts for longer stays. The more you stay, the less you pay per night.
To give you an idea, this is what the price looks like per month (30 days):

If you book for 2 people (double room and deluxe room), an extra 15€ per day (or 450€ per month) will be added on the base price before discount.
Referal program - Get 200€ off your next stay

Availability
Payment and cancellation policy
After you send a request and get accepted, we will ask you to pay for the first 2 weeks (14 days) via wire transfer. Then, when you’re here, you pay month by month at the beginning of each month.
If you cancel your stay before arriving, up to 30 days before, you will get this money back as a deposit for your next stay (within 24 months max, transferable to a friend).
If you cancel your stay between 30 and 15 days before arriving, the deposit is only half of what you paid.
If you cancel your stay less than 15 days before arriving, you lose the deposit. A “no show” also gives you no deposit.
Referral program
You can invite a friend to Aulus Coliving and you both get a 200€ discount on your next stay. Yes, yes, it’s a real offer.
Even if you’ve never been to Aulus, you can use the referral program.
You can bring as many friends as you want. For each friend you get an extra 200€ off your next stay. So, if you refer 5 friends, you have a 1000€ discount on your next stay. Each of your friend gets 200€ off their first stay at Aulus Coliving.
A few precisions:
Even if you can refer as many friends as you want, one “friend” can only be referred once.
The “friend” you refer can only be someone who has never stayed at Aulus Coliving.
As the person referring friends, you only get the 200€ discount when your friend has made a valid booking and paid the deposit.
The referral program is only valid for stays with a minimum of 30 days.
The referral amount cannot be reimbursed in any way and can only be used as a discount for a next stay.
This offer is valid in 2027, and the validity of the discount is 12 months from the moment you get the discount.
How to use the referral program? If you refer a friend, send us an email saying who you are and who you are referring (include your friend’s email address), and we’ll issue the 200€ coupon for your friend so they can book. After they book and pay the deposit, you’ll get access to your own coupon code (which can increase if you refer more than one person) for your next booking.
